Administrative separations

If you face a military administrative board and want aggressive civilian counsel, I can help. In order for me to best prepare your case, be sure to talk first with your military attorney to find out exactly what your situation is.

Keep in mind that as a general rule, you cannot sue the U.S. government for action taken against you unless you first exhaust all available administrative remedies, and then you may not sue for damages.

Accumulate all records, as well as up-to-date copies of all regulations, that apply to your case. Civilian lawyers typically do not have these documents handy.

For us to most effectively help you, you must first become familiar with military regulations governing your case. Unless you are no longer on active duty, contact your military attorney first to get oriented, and then email me at info@partington-foley.com, or telephone me in Honolulu, Hawaii, at (808) 526-9500 between 0130-0330 Zulu.

Separation boards

If you face separation from any branch of the military, and are dissatisfied with the terms, contact me immediately. If you act promptly, you may obtain better discharge conditions given your circumstances.

Medical boards

If your case is going before a medical board, make sure you have copies of all your medical and service records as well as all applicable regulations. These will be essential in planning your presentation to the board.

Correction and discharge boards

I can handle your petition for review by a corrections or discharge review board. I will need all records, notices, and relevant regulations relating to your case.

Serving you worldwide from Hawaii

I am located just minutes from CINPAC in Honolulu, Hawaii; there is no need for the extra expense and inconvenience of going to CONUS for civilian counsel.

Regardless of where you are stationed, I can handle the case and will explore every avenue for your defense.

E-mail me today for expert help.

The sooner I can start working together on your defense, the easier it will be to obtain a positive result.

The best way to reach me is to send me an email with a brief description of your situation:
info@partington-foley.com. You may also send faxes to (808) 533-4588 or call 1-808-526-9500. The best time to call is between 3:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Hawaiian Standard Time (0430-0630 hours zulu).

I cannot return international phone calls. Please understand that you cannot obtain competent advice on the Internet, so do not email me about your case and expect me to advise you.

Please note: We do not provide legal services in the area of Veterans Benefits Law. Contact the local office of the Veterans Administration for assistance, or consult the Washington, D.C., yellow pages for attorneys emphasizing this area of practice.

You need an attorney who not only speaks the language of the military, but can also talk to your command on an officer to officer basis.
